We brew beers that are gosh darn delicious and fry up the crispiest, juiciest hot chicken around. Our kitchen, run by chef Brett Smith, serves family-style comfort food cooked with the love of your grandma and the skill of a trained chef. Our award-winning beers have been purposefully crafted to pair perfectly with your meal. Featured by Guy Fieri on Food Network’s Diners Drive-Ins, & Dives, our gluten-free fried bird is better than the rest.

Our parking lot is tiny and mighty. If you aren’t able to park in it, please park along S. Public Road (it’s free!). Thanks for helping us keep our neighborhood free of clutter & cars.

Gluten Free Fried Chicken at The POST Chicken and Beer!Hot Chicken Loves Cold Beer

These birds are better than the rest. We took the time to do our homework and get the best equipment around so that our fried chicken is perfectly juicy and crispy, every single time.

We start with humanely raised, all natural chicken, brine it for hours, give it a dip in buttermilk, dredge it in  seasoned gluten-free flour, and then pressure fry it to crisp golden perfection. We rest it for a few minutes to let the flavors meld and season it with our spicy goodness shaker. All that love, care, and attention to detail makes our bird simply mouth-wateringly delicious.
